No. tores4 strictly permits one account per person, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts violate our Terms and Conditions and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts, as well as forfeiture of any bonuses. To permanently close your account, send a written request to support@tores4.cam from the email address registered to your account. State clearly that you wish to close the account permanently. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before closure. Deposits via BCA bank transfer are typically credited to your tores4 account within 1 to 5 minutes after the transfer is confirmed by the bank. During peak periods or public holidays, processing can take up to 15 minutes. Always use the unique virtual account number provided at checkout — using a different account number may delay or void the deposit.

tores4 supports the following Indonesian banks for both deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We recommend using the bank account registered in your own name to avoid verification delays.

Yes. tores4 accepts deposits via Indonesia's major e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. E-wallet deposits are usually credited instantly. Note that the e-wallet account must be registered under the same name as your tores4 account to comply with our KYC policy. Mismatched names may cause the deposit to be held pending verification.

The minimum withdrawal amount to a Bank Mandiri account — and to all supported Indonesian bank accounts — is Rp 100.000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours depending on the time of day. Withdrawals requested after 22:00 WIB may be processed the following morning.

tores4 does not charge any platform-side fees for deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own interbank transfer fees (typically Rp 2.500 to Rp 6.500 per transaction depending on the bank). We recommend checking your bank's fee schedule. Any applicable third-party fees are outside tores4's control.

Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons: your KYC verification may be incomplete, the bank account name may not match your tores4 registered name, or the request may have been made during a high-volume period. Withdrawals are also subject to a compliance review if the amount is unusually large or if account activity triggers a security flag.
